Time to peel the final layer off the onion.
Incredibly, you’ll find it’s often easier to self-sabotage, or attract difficult situations into your life, than it is to love yourself.
With a combination of RSD, (rejection sensory dysphoria) and heightened sensitivity, tough early lessons tend to hit hard and stick.
TO LOVE YOURSELF MEANS BEING BRAVE ENOUGH TO STEP CONFIDENTLY INTO WHO YOU KNOW YOU ARE DEEP DOWN... AND DANCE WITH LIFE!
SELF LOVE IS NEVER SELFISH.
IT’S THE BEST ANYONE CAN GIVE TO ONESELF AND THOSE AROUND THEM, PARTICULARLY FAMILY.
