CRYSTAL WHITE
Crystal White is the President of Women of Global Change Las Vegas Chapter, a non-profit organization engaged in humanitarian projects and services in communities around the world for the betterment of all humankind. She is also CEO & Co-Founder of C&D Event Productions and volunteers as the Mentorship Program Coordinator & Community Outreach for Dress for Success Southern Nevada. Crystal is a staunch advocate and champion for diversity, gender equality, social, economic, and political empowerment for the underprivileged. Her advocacy passion is dedicated to helping all young girls and women have a voice in society and a seat at the table in order to achieve their full potential.
Crystal retired from the Boeing Company Supplier Diversity Organization in 2016 where she played a key role in mentoring and assisting small, diverse, women-owned, veteran, and economically disadvantaged businesses to position themselves to better compete in a global economy. Throughout her career, she has been a leader in many non-profit organizations, including serving as the Vice President-U.S. for the Almas Jiwani Foundation aiming to empower girls and women in the global fight to end poverty; Board of Directors for Astra Women’s Business Alliance, a regional affiliate of Women’s Business Economic Development (WBENC); Award Committee Chairperson for NW Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council, affiliate of NMSDC. She also served as a volunteer with Junior Achievement volunteer for 5 years as a classroom teacher and mentor to inspire and foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy skills for students.
