Clarity is key. Have a vision for what you both want in a relationship.
When you are clear about the needs of you and your partner, you’ll create an amazing life together.

ADHD is known for its intensity. How can you chill? Both alone and as a couple?
Make a list of the things you enjoy that are fun and easy and start to incorporate them into your daily life.
Do this for both yourself and your relationship.
