WHAT BELIEVING IN YOU MEANS
- You have gifts and talents and an emotional awareness that is beautiful. It’s important to focus on these and let them guide you through
- You may have struggles with things being overwhelming. Taking care of these is easy once you get a handle on it.
- It means that you’re connected to something amazing, that you know the great potential of life.
BELIEVING IN YOU, NOT IN THOSE AROUND YOU
99% of people put their belief in other people. Even when they rebel against them, they’re rebelling because they want to matter.
It takes all the courage in the world to believe in yourself and step confidently into being you because we’re terrified that if we don’t people please, or say no when we need to, we’ll be left out and abandoned.
You’ll find the opposite happens:
When you have that quiet confidence, everyone wants to be around you. That’s the paradox.
To be you, you need to get to know you. Follow your instincts, be still, ground and regulate yourself in the ways you need to. Nature is great at helping with this, but we all have our different ways of filling back up.
